Any reservation by phone must be confirmed by letter, email or fax and has to be integrated with an account of Euro 100,00.
Prices include all living expenses like electricity and water consumption, heating, use of the dishes, safe, indoor pool (spring and autumn), outside pool (summer), car-park, VAT. The tax on visitors for fiscal reasons will be exposed separately on the invoice and collected in cash.
Dogs and other small animals are not allowed or excepionally for E. 5,00. The utilization of sauna will be charged with Euro 10 per person.
The fee for final cleaning are Euro 45,00 for type A and B, Euro 50,00 for type C and D and Euro 55,00 for type E. The minimum vacation stay is 7 days (1 week). The week begins - if not agreed otherwise - on Saturday and ends on the following Saturday. For short vacations (<7 days) an extra-charge of 10% will be applyed. In case of later arrival or early departure the full vacation can be charged. The apartment is at your disposal - except on other agreement - at 4 p.m. of the arriving day and should be left at 10 a.m. of the departure day.
